best routine for holding onto gains?

right boys/girls, a bit of help needed, im currently half way through my pct and although i know its a given im going to lose a bit of strength, i want to keep as much size as possible.

im currently training as follows, most exercises going as heavy as possibe using 10/8/6 reps increasing weight with each set to retain size....however it doesn't seem to be working.

monday legs/triceps

wednesday chest/biceps

thursday back/shoulders

abs tues/ thurs

cardio, tues/ thurs/ sunday.

my diet is spot on from what i have read (4000 cals a day) 400g carbs/350g protein/100g fats so that is probably not the reason im losing size.

i think it was cheryl crowe who said "a change would do you good" so a few suggestions as to new training routines would be much appreciated.
