Find out whats in the curry, if you dont make it yourself who knows whats going in it. there might be loads of salt/fats ect going in there that your not aware off.
if your not in a calloire surplus and your exersiseing then weight loss is unavoidable so the callories must be comming from somewhere - Its just finding out whats causeing it.
A calloire controled diet with self dicipline will always work with exersise the body cannot maintain weight in a callorie deficit with exersise its impossible.
try this,
for breakfast have a bowl of cornflakes.
for lunch have a salad
for dinner have a proper meal.
Drink water throughout the day not tea.
But thing is most people snack through the day, sometimes not even thinking about it...
