| Re: Core Training "Drawing in" the stomach? imagin peeing, then stopping mid flow, there the muscles you need to engauge (pelvic floor), along with sucking in your navel, all while maintaining your breathing, takes a while to get the hang of, but once you have the nack you should at least 30% engauged at all times, hope this makes sense, as just finished a killa chest and tri work out and hands are shakey lol
