imagin peeing, then stopping mid flow, there the muscles you need to engauge (pelvic floor), along with sucking in your navel, all while maintaining your breathing, takes a while to get the hang of, but once you have the nack you should at least 30% engauged at all times, hope this makes sense, as just finished a killa chest and tri work out and hands are shakey lol
