Re: Form of squats

There was something like this in my old gym in St Albans, and I used it in place of "regular" squats. It was quite good, but I found that the back rest gave me more opportunity to move heavier weights purely through leverage. Smith machine squats may not be the best for form, but in this instance there's probably not much between them.
