I wouldnt go all out just to lift heavier and reducing reps lower than 8.. lift the max for reps the the 8-12 range.. then add weight to get 8 reps again. This is imo is the muscle building rep range and where I get my best results. But good results and great prgress mate, congrats! :lift: |
