Colin yes agreed raising the carb amounts would be a clean bulk, a refeed is still essential only if it was to calm your head a little plus in the off season 5-6 days dieting is enough otherwise when it comes to sticking to a diet in a years time it will be harder as you will be sick of it.....make sure you put the hard work in but also enjoy your food and life...
