i am glad the show inspired you to compete next year mate, lets get things into prospective here....you are following the diet dropping fat and gaining muscle...why does this need to end why put a label on it as a cut or bulk??

My advice mate is to keep going as you are if you think the way you are eating is maintainable long term?
are you following the diet 7 days a week of Mon-Fri?
i would not be dieting just to bulk then to cut like i said above this diet your on now is working to strip away but add muscle then stick with it, just concentrate on your weak points to improve them...

the show is normally at the end of April so a diet of 12 weeks would need to start at the start of Feb so you could generally clean things up straight after the new year then get stuck into the diet at the 12 week mark.....
