I see both of your points so now i am even more confused.
The idea of the cut i am on at present was to see how much muscle is really under the fat and i have a feeling it's not that much.
I think the carb cycling route is definately the route for me as followed a diet from Paul Scarborough and it's the fastest i have ever stripped fat away. (also growing at same time

)
I was planning to cut for a further 8 weeks but maybe i should play it a little more cautious and see where i get in 4. I am assuming a small amount of rebound will also be there to take advantage of.
I am on hols end of july so having to plan some apsects carefully
