| Re: Biceps good compound moves if you are not doing them already, such as deadlifts etc as already mentioned, lifting the heavy weights will give a good start to the biceps/upper arms
after a few weeks if you feel you want tp specialize more into them then theres a variety of different curls to do, but yeh start with compounds, thats one thing i didnt do and it lets you body size down
