| Competition prep Since going to the NABBA west show I have decided to start competing. I just felt the buzz all day long and it has really focused me with something to aim for. I plan to enter NABBA west next year as I need some more mass before competing.
My question is about cutting. I am on a cut at the moment to shed some fat for summer and to see if I can keep the discipline. I want to see what needs work for next year so want to strip fat but also don’t want to eat away too much muscle with no good reason.
How far should I cut for assessing areas that need addressing or does that need to be competition condition to get a real idea?
I know my upper arms and legs are the main area obvious right now.
Any help or advice much appreciated
I have pics of now in my cutting log but they will be of little help as I am at around 17-18% at moment so all well hidden
