Power rack, PROPER flat / inc / upright bench (ie not from Argos!), BB, adjustable DB set, plates, hi-lo pulley attachment for power rack. Done. 600-800 all in for decent quality kit.

for example heres a rack with chin and dip bars, option of a hi pulley. BodySolid kit is not the worlds best BUT we had a BodySoild rack in Results Gym for 3 years, used by everyone for everything (including pin pulls way over 300kg, heavy squats etc) with no problems at all. As far as I know its still there another 2 years on
