Sport Dr, lovin that site...after your recommendation on another thread my girlfriend and I have been trying to get a better handle on our intake of prot, carb, cal.
My question which hopefully you or someone else may be able to answer is on that site it says that you burn about 3500 calaroies a day from just working and existing.
I saw on your history and on mine when I did it that you can eat a lot of food and only consumer say 2500 calories. That's a 1000 calorie deficit!

wouldn't that mean you started to lose weight. I haven't been, even been gaining some so I'm woundering how that can be.:confused:
