Hi guys, well what a day it was....

As i have said a few times over the last weeks i have been dieting for the NABBA Britain and was coming into this show approx 90% my goal was to win my class and get to the British finals in May.......
My goal was achieved and was told by many people including alot of the judges that i had only 6-7ls to drop in the next 5 weeks to hit it bang on for the Britain....

I was a little flat at the pre-judging but after a Burger and fries with Tom and a McFlurry with Scott i filled out alot for the evening show and looked alot better.....i was told by many that it was very close to the guy who won the overall who was very good.....hearing this was a bonus but i will let Tom tell you how i looked in the overall as he was in the first few rows....

It was a great evening i had alot of support in the crowd and my 8yr old little girl was shouting "Come on Daddy" at the top of her voice which makes every day on this diet worth it.....

Scott did me and his family and friends proud today he looked absolutely massive up there on stage alot better than 3 weeks ago and was beaten by a top 3 finisher......Me and Scott will be working together over the next 12 months to get him that NABBA Junior British Title i know he can win......well Done mate...

So off to bed now totally drained but very very happy a good day was had by all
