Biceps You prolly see a thousand of me on this forum but here goes anyway lol. I want to build up my biceps and triceps, but mainly the upper part of my arm.
I am wondering what is the best excersise for this that i can do at home. Shall i perform press ups. I have weights can i do something with them.
Thanks for any advice you can give i am really wanting to build up my arms and look a little more toned.
