pre-workout supplement needed

right ive bnever really found myproteins cee (creatine ethyl esther) to do anything other then mix with the roaccutane i was on and give me a hand rash

i know that some people
get results from cee and others do not

in my possesion i have a tub of no-explode and some gakic so basically which one should i try?

i came off the roac on monday so im not looking at anything that could put me back to square one on the hand rash/acne/etc scene

i know gakic lets you do more reps, i have dropped my reps from 10 to 8 and am really going for it to get some respectable weights thrown round
