| Re: Feedback needed on routine I am trying to bulk up from 15st 10lbs to 17st first of all and then onto about 19st.
I was using this before:
Saturday –
Squats 2x(10-15)
Deadlift or straight-leg deadlift 3x(8)
Chins 2x(failure)
Calves 2x(10-15)
Tuesday –
Bench or Incline Press 3x(10)
Overhead Press 3x(10)
Dips 3x(10)
Lateral raises 2x(10)
2 days a week is not ideal I know so I now I can squeeze another 2 days in. |
