| Re: How much protein can you take in one sitting? Yes it all goes by yr body weight. 50grams is the most usual amount per sitting but once u get over 16st i reckon u want b aiming at 60-70grams per meal.
Excess protein wont make u fat it will just b crapped out. To many carbs will make u fat.
