regarding that glucagon reference I can believe that about a normal person but what about a hard training athlete that has been training for years? His body his more efficient at handling the protein and turning it to muscle so I would argue that more HWP is needed.

I know that CNP use HWP in their prorecover but I think I remember John Hodgson saying he mixes in a ProPeptide to boost the Protein content and he's a pretty knowledgable guy who is at the close end of their product research.

I just think that its going to different for a 15-16 stone muscle beast than a 15-16 stone 'normal' trainer.

And yes I agree that exo slin would make a difference to the uptake
