MXD I am curious your VERY opinionated on a lot of things where do you get your info are you studying nutrition in collage?
I like your posts i am just very curious as to why a teen would be so opionated.
Nahh I don't study nutrition but Its my passionate hobby , I'm in full time work atm but I am currently looking into nutritional/phisio qualifications.

As for my info pubmed and other sites are excellent resources.

I guess I'm so opinionated as science proves or at least indicates strongly (I'm a man of science) / shows us how our bodys respond to specific sports supplementation, I try to take advantage of the innate responses the we can produce.

I'm not a time waster and want my hard efforts to be as productive as possible :lift:
