Yea all good thanks, glad lat pull down working well.
Ive moved to Manchester, working for dealership and got chance work up here.
Just avin trouble deciding where to train, guess spoiledfor choice with all the hardcore gyms up here just deciding how far want drive everynight.
Over injury and got back upto around the 16st mark, hope yr well and training well |
