Re: How important are post workout shakes?

I use to have all the sups under the sun, i basically use to spend bout 150-200 a month on supps which dont seem a lot but when i am getting them cheap as i re-sell them and i get them wholesale price from various places this is a lot believe me!

But unfortunately now i am out of work for a bit so i dont use them as much and tbh i dont think it makes much difference!

As for a cheap PWO shake all's you need is Protein powder with water and Natural honey accompanied with a bit of natural sea salt and also 5g creatine that should do the trick!
