I've used Tren Ace quite a bit and this cycle I've been using the same brand Prop as well. I have found that I got the cough was when i injected in to my delts and used a 1" needle.
What solved this was to inject slowly in to large muscle groups with a 1 1/4" needle. (Basically what Robsta said
).
Don't worry if you do get it - there are worse things that can happen.
