You haven't explained why you would have the fat remain static, you've just gone off on a random tangent again...

I mean, if fat lowering the GI of a meal was a sure fire method of avoiding adipogenesis then Ronald and his Golden Arches would be the stalwart of pre-contest prep... Indeed perhaps I could try living on lucosade and Cheese...
