| Re: carb cycling sorry mate i have to disagree, on a low carb day which is generally 75-100g fat would be 120g on a high day of say 400-600g it would be 50g but in saying that their is no way one figure would fit all cases....
like i said my results in the past with myself and those i have coached have been much better when fats alter with carbs....
