I have being cooking industry for about 1.5 years, was at college for 3 years before that.. so yeah I can hopefully be helpful in the recipe section. However I must say, I dint really know much about how to eat to get cut/ or to bulk until recently.
Being a chef doesnt tell you all that, lol hence why there are too many overweight ones ;)
