Hey, been sorting out a sleeping pattern and gradually eating more food more often in the day so I'm looking for some supplements to help out and step my training up a notch.
I'm looking at getting:
Extreme Protein (2+1Kg) Banana
Extreme Build and Recover (2.5Kg) Banana (Probably wont use the Lean-R - i'm trying to bulk)
Protein as a shake during breaks at work and evening. B+R as a PWO shake and weight gainer on non-WO days. Any comments/suggestions?
Should I be looking at Performance Whey instead of Protein (what's the difference)? Banana ok? ;)
If I was to mix some normal sugar into the Protein, would that help me trying to bulk by adding additional calories? Would it sweeten it nicely, or too much?
Lot's of noob questions i'm sure, thanks for any advice
