Just wanted some basic help really. Have been pratting about for about months now and should really have got somewhere. But things have got in the way, no excuse I know, have wanted to start bodybuilding for 1o years now and am now in a position to do so. BUT i am 40 in May have just given up smoking (have been smoking for 25 years and am 3 weeks clean) put on 1/2 stone. Have hjust started running - doing race for life week after 40th (
