Bronson,

Real food is great! But have you noticed how expensive that can be too? Shakes REPLACE the meal, basically, only they pack MORE in a shake than you'd get from food. If you catch my drift? But I can understand if one can't afford the powders. I've been there myself. But I find the best approach is to ask yourself ... "what can I do to afford them?" That usually motivates ME into finding a way out of a "financial" bind... if you will.
