my tricep routine is
warm up: dips 20 reps
3 weighted sets
1 x 10 - 20 kg dumbell
1 x 8 - 25 kg dumbell
1 x 6-8 30kg dumbell
close grip bench press
3 x 8 - 80 kg
overhead dumbell extension
3 x 10 15 kg dumbell
reverse grip pulldown
1x 10-25 kg
1x 8- 30 kg
1x6- 35 kg
is this a good workout for tricpes? or do you reckon they are being over trained i feel a good pump after my session. |
