seems like a decent thread to post a question I have been wanting to ask.

I am carb cycling so on 3 days when I train I only have a 50g cho limit, this makes it impossible to have a banana or some corn flour in a shake pwo, just curious if this is actually doing more harm than good and if I should add some extra carbs above 50 purely to get some in after a workout?
