Agree with the above.

Since my switch to sweet potato and eggs pwo,both my recovery and physique have improved.For info i also sip bcaa's throughout the workout.

As DB has stated,pwo is important,however,it's your complete diet that influences progress not what you consume immediately after training.IME as long as carbs,protein and fat are present you will do just fine.
