Alsoyou have to take into account how fast eggs or whey blunt cortisol and signal muscle growth. agreed..eggs are pretty slow but thats why i said get a nana down u straight away

HWP signals protein synthesis in 25 mins eggs in about 90, also fats pwo will do nothing to raise insulin levels and therefore not stopping you going catabolic. banana first follwed by eggs&slow carbs later

You can obviously say that food is better than shakes and be right 90% of the time, BUT in the pwo window there are distinct advantages of a liquid beverage.
honestly mate i have read so many bullsh1t studies saying this and that all conflicting each other so i go on my own experience...

2 bananas followed 15-25 mins later with 7eggs (2whole) 100g oats gives me far better gains that protein shake... and with all those ingredients u put in yours its just a waste of money mate...

go out and have a nice big steak PWO with a fat jacket spud instead of your 15 ingredient filled protein shake and in a month report back with what makes u grow better...

this window of oppertunity PWO is a myth... you dont ache for 90 mins after your workout.. you sometimes ache for 5 days.. the pain is your muscles showing you they are damaged and want correct nutrition 24/7 to recover..what u have in the 'PWO window' is irrelevant aslong as some food is down your neck imo

dont get me wrong i have a protein shake PWO as i am either:

1. Being lazy
2 Taking insulin so need fast carbs

but when if i train at the weekends (so dont have to take a million food boxes to work) i'll have real food PWO
