Well which one do you think!?...

A hydrolysed protein blend and high gi sugar combo will produce more insulin and therefore be more anabolic and anti catabolic.

Alsoyou have to take into account how fast eggs or whey blunt cortisol and signal muscle growth.

HWP signals protein synthesis in 25 mins eggs in about 90, also fats pwo will do nothing to raise insulin levels and therefore not stopping you going catabolic.

You can obviously say that food is better than shakes and be right 90% of the time, BUT in the pwo window there are distinct advantages of a liquid beverage.
