| Losing Weight/Gaining muscle, Possible? Hey guys, was browsing some websites and i came to a link to this one awhile back.
(I'm American, so if you don't understand something i said, just tell me lol)
I currently weigh 165 pounds, and am looking to drop fat, but gain muscle. I was just interested to know if this is even possible, and what i should do to achieve my goal. I've been doing cardio vigorously every day for twenty minutes for about three weeks, and have lost about 5 pounds. Every other day i lift weights, usually do 4 sets of 12 reps on the bench and some curling and such.
I think its my diet thats getting me.
So... any suggestions on what i should do to improve my training (IE: Routine)
And... (completely unrelated): I don't really have too many free weights, and no means to join a gym. So... what should i do with my limited amount of weights. (Like exercises that don't use weights, pushups and stuff like that)
I've been browsing these forums for about a month now and have already gotten some ideas, but have always been afraid to post =P.
