Re: cheat meals

No-one can flame you over this mate.

Anyone who has dieted hard will know the importance of a cheat meal. Not only does it replenish glycogen in the muscles it also keeps you head strong and gives you something to look forward to. I'm quite a fan of pizza and KFC but curry is lovely aswell.. I'm currentlt craving fish and chips but will have to wait until after my competition!
