Do you know how much the typically fluctuate by? In other words, what percentage they approximately change over the course of the day? I realise it's probably different for everyone - but is there a rule of thumb average?

My Dr. will do full blood work and all I have to do is ask. I live in the States tho and I am not sure you guys can get this same treatment.
Yes - we can do the same. All we have to do is ask - and pay money. NHS is free, but unless you give them a valid reason WHY they should be checking your levels and liver profiles, you'll have to hand over the green. There is also the fact that it will end up on your medical record here.

Also in the States, your docs are a lot more advanced than us with what you can obtain levels for.
