ok here goes,
i didnt normally eat breakfast, big mistake i think so i have recently started.
- breakfast, 2 wheatabix or 2 slices of toast
- snack - bag of crisps or chocolate
- dinner- something like a cheese and ham sandwich, more crisps, chocolate. or occasionally mcdonalds or other fast food.
- tea, curry and rice, pizza chips, sunday lunches...
- snacks such as egg custards every now and again.
the main thing i eat, is pizza, every other day, bieng a i work part time at dominos pizza... student life... obviously what i have put here varies. from now on i will try to add a tin of tuna a day aswell as these supplements...
