EATING PROTEIN POWDER

im currently dieting for a show

and i have started to eat some of my pre workout shake
rather than just adding water, i fiind that this keeps me sane for abit
and makes me full like im eating
it does get abit sickly after a while then i need to drink the rest
but it is really nice for the first few mouthfuls lol

has anyone else ever done this, also this should slow down the rate of digestion, im thinking as the body has to break down the whey first

abit strange i know but it is helping
