weighted dips- me+40kg 3x8

upright rows- 3x10 60kg
lat raises 2x15 reps
then did an ab workout.. in serious pain today as i never train abs!
finished off with 20 mins x-trainer
didnt go very heavy today as alot of those exercises i havent done for a while..plus just had 10 days off etc.. | Good work on the abs mate, and that looks like a good exercise in the middle there lol
