| Take 4 aday mate 2 twice aday one dose in a morning 2hrs away from milk or dairy products and 2 more last thing at night,same again 2 hrs away from dairy products,take them for about 4-6 weeks and have 2 weeks off.
A mate of mine had to use 6 aday but he`s 19 stone,first thing he noticed was an increase in pumps from a workout then at about the end week 2 his sex drive started to rise.
