| Re: Cheat meals. Whens best to do them? I had a pizza at pizza hut with my family yesterday lunch time. Didn't go mad. But really enjoyed it. I can cope with my diet knowing that once a week I can enjoy the foods I really love.
I don't personally buy the "raises your metabolism". Not from one meal. I don't think the body adapts that fast. I just think the cheat meal keeps you sane which is good enough for me.
