| Re: first comp in 6 weeks! just thought i would add in my carbs from solid meals, if i add the PWO we are adding in 100g extra carbs in the form of dextroise and maltodextrin.
Looking to come in around 13st 6lb but since this is my first show i dont feel i can really judge but i aiming around this mark
could you possibly tweak my diet abit please Pscarb?
Also would you recommend low intensity or high intensity morning cardio? i do cardio twice a day morning and 30mins after training.
Also, is it ok to have meal 1 straight after my morning cardio or am i best waiting 30mins? thanks |
