protein intake generally stays around the 300-350g
carbs sun-wed i only take in 60g and thurs-sat 90g. this is not including my PWO shake
Fats, i take in 2g EPA oils, the fats from my yolks and omega 3.6 and 9 essential fattyacids.
not coming in to bad at the mo but most of my left is around the abdominal and lower back area. rest of the body is lean and can see defintion coming through but obviously needs to come through alot more leading up to the show
