first comp in 6 weeks!

I am competing in 6 weeks so am going to do a log like many of you's have to assess myself and get feedback as i have found it useful looking at others!

currently training 5 times a week one bodypart per day and cardio 60 mins a day which i intend to up to 80 starting tomorrow

diet is as follows:

Sun-wed

meal 1 - 100g oats with 2 scoops whey and 8 egg whites 2 yolks

meal 2-5 will be 200g chicken breast, 10 egg white omelette or a 40g whey shake

meal 6 - 20g whey pre workout

meal 7 - 40g whey with 75g dextrose and 25g maltodextrin

meal 8 - 200g chicken

meal 9 - 40g casein shake

i also have a 20g whey during the night, do you think this is necessary or should i drop it?

Thurs-Sat

meal 1 - 50g oats with 1 scoop whey and 6 egg whites 1/2 yolks

meal 2 - same as above or replace the egg whites with 200g chicken

meal 3 - same as above or replace the oats with a jacket potato

meal 4 and 5 200g chicken or 40g whey depending if at work to fit in

meal 6 - 20g whey pre workout

meal 7 - 40g whey with 75g dextrose and 25g maltodextrin

meal 8 - 200g chicken

meal 9 - 40g casein shake

Gear use is 100mg Test Prop and 76mg Tren Ace EOD along with 25mg
stromba ED.

any help would be appreciated thanks
