| Cheat meals. Whens best to do them? Once a week I plan to throw in a cheat meal. But when is best to do it? On a day I've weight trained? Cardio day or rest day? I was thinking if I did it on a rest day isn't it more likely to turn to fat? And on a weights day help with muscle growth? Also am I right in thinking the cheat meals should be lots of carbs not fat? What types of carbs? For example do I have chocolate or something like pizza? |
