| Shin Splints I play football 3 times a week 90min games.
Some weeks my legs are fine and other weeks my legs get really sore and swell up, i was wondering if there is any additional exercises i can do that may help with this problem.
+ only other exercise i do is > 5x5 60kg bench press and 50 squats with same weight 3 times a week. Football is on different days from this.
My legs never used to bother me and i've been playing football since i was able to stand? |
