largish bowl of cereal/museli/flakes for breakfast and perhaps a yoghurt.
Perhaps a piece fo fruit as a snack.
Chicken baguette or salad for lunch
Perhaps some fruit/nuts
Home made spaghetti bolognase/meat and 2 veg for dinner
A protein shake straight after work outs
I rarely eat takeaways and sweets.
Im guessing this isnt much? But im not small, at 83 kg and low body fat, I often get asked if I take steroids.
Im also very hot? I sweat a fair bit and anti perspirants dont have much effect, luckily it dont smell. Ive read some where that this can be a sympton of over training.
I train heavy, but not excessively. For example my chest/tricep workout would be
pyramid style 5 sets of incline press
pyramid style 4 sets of decline/flat press
4 sets of flies (8 reps)
4 sets of pullovers (8 reps)
4 sets of tricep extension (8 reps)
I get that done in about an hour, my other work outs ar ethe same. Being back/biceps shoulders/abs then ill do squats/cleans and not much else for final workout of the week. |
