| Still hungry To the more experienced members: I've just come out of a dieting phase of 15 weeks and am having difficulty establishing the right calories. I'm currently eating as much as I was pre-diet - offseason, 5,200 calories and I'm only two weeks after the diet so I wouldn't have thought my metabolism would be back up to full whack yet; however, I'm still finding i'm hungry a lot of the time. Add to this I am two weeks into PCT,so gear-free. Am using growth and IGF though, but only started two days ago. Can it be possible that I'm actually not eating enough? |
