| re: COLT24 progress & Pictures ** start date 17th sep 2008 ** Just small update, I've been out the gym for 3 weeks due to being back home from uni and only been working out with my crappy bench and weights at home :( though i'm back to uni 2moro which means GYM!!
I'm making slow progress and can't seem to be adding more weights on my lifts :| its frustrating and confusing the hell out of me :( current work out Monday tricep and chest
