Soya's macronutrient profile is pretty good, here's a typical tempeh (process soya beans) profile:

Per 166g (1 cup)

Calories 310kcal
Protein 30.8g
carbohydrate 15.6g
Fat 17.9g

This was just from a google search, it will vary from product to product immensely.

I wouldn't rely on soya exclusively for bulking but its a nice change from other typical bodybuilding foods.
